Coordination of Rehabilitation and Development Services for Afghanistan (CRDSA) is a non-governmental and non-political humanitarian organization working in sectors of Sustainable Livelihood, Human Rights Promotion, Civil Society Strengthening, Returnees/IDPs Protection and Re-Integration in Afghanistan. CRDSA was established in 2002 and presently is operating in Herat, Farah,Ghor , Nimroz and Badghis provinces

Job Summary:

The Business Development Officer to help expand our clientele and will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Job Requirement:

  • University Degree in business administration and or equivalent field. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experiences of working in the same field with national and international organizations.
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office 
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Advise the beneficiaries on new market demands
  • Identify new market opportunities.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
  • Develop training materials for training for community members.
  • Undertake any other duties appropriate to the post.
