On December 20th 2016, Coordination of Rehabilitation & Development Services for Afghanistan (CRDSA) cascaded a three day Results Based Management training for west region PCPs with participation of 2 women and 9 men from (CRDSA), Rehabilitation Association and Agriculture Development for Afghanistan (RAADA), Supporting Organization for Afghanistan Civil Society (SOACS), Afghanistan Youth National Development and Social Organization (AYNDSO), Humanitarian Organization for Local Development (HOLD), Voluntary Association for Rehabilitation of Afghanistan (VARA), Social Development Advocacy Organization (SDAO) at CRDSA main office in Herat province. The training aimed to enhance the knowledge of the PCPs pertaining to Result Based Management so that they can better manage all civic activities and can achieve best results not only for their organization but also for their society specially to ACEP program.
Throughout the training, (Results Based Management Overview, Strategy, writing a vision statement and writing a mission’s statement, Introduction to logic models, Results Based Monitoring, Monitoring vs. Evaluation, Log Frame format, Logical Framework, What is planning, Indicator Setting, MOV setting, Assumption and risk Setting) together with their details including practical group works were trained to the participants. The training ended with awarding certificates for the p participants.
